A file of government correspondence and report extracts relating to reports on public morale by Regional Commissioners, and policy regarding the circulation of these reports in other departments. Subjects covered in the file include the need to distribute intelligence to other departments; the confidentiality of the reports; and the need for only relevant extracts from the reports to be circulated to the Civil Defence Executive Sub-Committee.
