FOOD CONSUMPTION AS SHOWN BY DIETARY STUDIES. Results of a dietary study undertaken in January/February 1941 by a commerical ###ncy on behalf of the Ministries of Food and Health are now available and show the ###els of food consumption and nutrient intake in that period. By comparison with ###dies undertaken previously it is possible to get an idea of the changes in the ###ional dietary resulting from the war. Although there is some doubt concerning ### accuracy of the results of the January/February study it is considered that they ### sufficiently reliable for a rough comparison.
