1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING. The Minutes of the previous meeting S.F.C.(41) 7th Meeting were considered and approved subject to certain amendments noted in the copy kept for record purposes. 2. LIVESTOCK POLICY. The Committee had before them (a) a memorandum (S.F.C.(41) 24) by Professors Ashby, Engledow and Scott-Watson on Livestock Population and Soil Fertility and (b) a note (S.F.C.(41) 25) by Mr. Gavin on the same subject.
