1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING. The Minutes of the previous Meeting (S.F.C.(41) 5th Mtg.) were considered and approved. 2. BREAD. (Reference: S.F.C.(41) 5th Meeting, Conclusion 2). The Committee had before them the Second Revised Draft Tenth Report on Bread (S.F.C.(41) 15). The Committee were informed that National Wheatmeal Flour was already being sold and that the Baking Industry had given an undertaking to the Ministry of Food to supply bread made from it to the extent of public demand. At the same time the millers had undertaken to supply the required amounts of flour.
