THE COMMITTEE had before them the following papers:- Draft Tenth Report on Bread, (S.F.C.(41) 13). Publicity in favour of the National Brown Loaf, Copy of letter dated 3rd March, 1941 received by the Chairman from Dr. Harriette Chick, (S.F.C.(41) 12). Copies were also handed round at the meeting of a Draft Second Statement on Bread prepared by the Accessory Food Factors Committee of the Lister Institute and the Medical Research Council.
