1. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING. The minutes of the previous meeting were considered and approved. 2. YEAST. (Previous Reference: S.F.C.(41) 1st Mtg. Conclusion 3). DR. PLATT reported that a full meeting of the newly formed committee on Yeast had been held at the London School of Medicine on Monday, 13th January, 1941. Dr. Macrae, of the Lister Institute, who was preparing a report on yeast for the Accessory Food Factors Committee of the Medical Research Council was also present. The Committee had carried out a preliminary review of the position and it had been agreed that they should meet again the same week and would be able to report to the Scientific Committee on Food Policy after a third meeting.
