DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR SCOTLAND. MEMORANDUM ON FOOD PRODUCTION. (A) MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS. Statement No. 1 shows the quantities of milk sold under the three Milk Marketing Schemes in Scotland in each month during the year April 1939 to March 1940. The total production of milk is dealt with under head (B). The information now received from the Milk Marketing Boards indicates that the sales under the Schemes in each of the six months ending September will probably be of much the same amount as during that period in 1939.
