1. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING. The minutes of the previous meeting (S.F.C.(40) 14th Meeting) were considered and approved. 2. PRINCIPLES OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION. (Previous Reference: S.F.C.(40) 14th Mtg. Conclusion 2). Sir Donald Fergusson, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, joined the Committee for the purpose of discussing with them the Memorandum on principles of agricultural production (S.F.C.(40) 50 (Revise)). At the conclusion of the discussion, THE CHAIRMAN expressed the thanks of the Committee to Sir Donald Fergusson for coming there that afternoon.
