Air-Raid Damage ENERGY FOODS (Carbohydrates) Wheat and Flour Barley Oats Oatmeal Rice Sugar Potatoes ENERGY FOODS (Fats) Oils and Fats Air raid damage in October to stocks of food and feedingstuff and to premises was slight. IV. COMMODITY SUPPLY POSITION. Little change in combined bulk stocks of wheat and flour is expected over the next three months; oatmeal milling capacity is being increased; low arrivals of sugar are forecast; stocks of rice should soon begin to rise. Arrivals of wheat in October, as anticipated, were exceptionally low and bulk stocks of wheat and flour fell during the month from 17.
