Sugar Potatoes ENERGY FOODS (Fats) The large increase in the index of total stocks between end-July and end-October is seasonal, owing to the inclusion of t home crops of wheat and potatoes. The index of total stocks at end-October, 1942, is forecast at 7% sbove that at end-October, 19### the main increase being in potatoes, meat and vegetable oils, whi### there is a substantial decrease in sugar.
