ENERGY FOODS (carbo- hydrates) wheat will slo up the fall; V. COMMODITY SUPPLY POSITION Stocks of wheat and flour are declining but heavy deliveries from the home crop, the raising of the extraction rate and increased loadings of stocks of sugar and rice are falling; the end-of-season potato surplus will not be large. Wheat & flour: Bread: Rice: Sugar: Potatoes: ENERGY FOODS (fats) Oilseeds and vegetable oils: Margarine and lard: Butter: (ii) (i) The decline in bulk stocks of wheat was slowed up in February by heavy deliveries from the home crop.
