ARRIVALS Total arrivals in the two weeks ended 27th December, at 210 and 317 thousand tons respectively, were lower than the exceptional figures of the preceding fortnight which were 333 and 406 thousand tons respectively. The average of the two weeks ended 27th December, 263 thousand tons, was slightly below the weekly average for the third year of war to date, 268 thousand tons.
