SECRET Report No. 97 Copy No. (M.o.F. No. ) MINISTRY OF FOOD WEEKLY REPORT ON FOOD AND ANIMAL FEEDINGSTUFFS FOR THE WEEK ENDED 1ST NOVEMBER, 1941. 1. ARRIVALS Total arrivals were high in the week ended 25th October, at 385 thousand tons, but low in the week ended 1st November, at 179 thousand tons. The average for the two weeks, 282 thousand tons, was little for the first two months of the third year of war. a higher than the average Arrivals of wheat and flour continued at a low level, but good arrivals were recorded for meat, butter, cheese, condensed milk and dried fruit.
