After consultation with the Treasury it has been decided that the establishment of a unit or units to produce, in the United Kingdom, 10,000 tons of food yeast per annum shall be undertaken by a Limited Company, in which all shares will be owned by the Ministry of Food. Mr. Kenneth Moore, Chairman of McDougall's Trust Ltd., has accepted the Chairmanship of the Company.
