CONFERENCE ON LIVESTOCK POLICY Fourth Report ###troduction 1. Ministers have asked the Conference to review the livestock situation in ###e light of any changes that have occurred since the Third Report of the Conference ###s presented on 8th March last. ###count are:- The principal features which have been taken into (a) revised estimates of supplies and requirements of animal feeding stuffs during the third year of war; (b) the returns of numbers of livestock made by farmers on 4th March, 1941; (c) the complete cessation of imports of cattle from Ireland owing to foot and mouth disease.
