Retailers will obtain their supplies in the ordinary cour from their normal suppliers. Cases will, however, arise in conseque of the introduction of registration in which some retailers will not able to get the whole of their requirements from their normal supplie and some suppliers will have an excess of supplies over and above the requirements of their normal retailers.
