###)(41)19. Loadings under Food, Ministry of Supply and Board of Trade ###mmes, on present indications, will not exceed, and will barely , 21/2 million tons a month in February, March, April. Arrivals in months should average about 2.3 million tons. The estimated ts for the first 8 months of the year, and their allocation, are in the provisional statement dated 25th February, 1941, which is ###ed. The total arrivals (Trade and Navigation, Account imports) are ated for the 8 months, September, 1940 to April, 1941, at 4,000 tons.
