1. DOMESTIC RABBITS. With reference to F.P.(M)(41) 14th Meeting, Conclusion 4, the Committee further discussed the question of the breeding of tame rabbits for food, and had before them:- (1) A revised Memorandum by the Minister and Fisheries (F.P.(M)(41) 51), of Agriculture suggesting that the expansion of domestic rabbit keeping should be encouraged and the movement recognised and controlled in the national interests on the lines proposed in paragraph 8; and (2) A Memorandum by the Minister of Food (F.
