Ministry of Food (F.P.(M)(41) 35); 1941, by the (2) Monthly Report for March, 1941, by the of Food (W.P.(R)(41) 31). April, Minister THE MINISTER OF FOOD stated that food arrivals were 10% below the monthly average of the in March 15 million ton import programme and according to the forecast for April (and May)arrivals would be 15% below that average. This had an important bearing on the question of livestock policy.
