MINISTRY OF FOOD SECRET Report No. 44. Copy No. WEEKLY REPORT ON SUPPLIES OF CERTAIN FOODS AND ANIMAL FEEDS 1. Millers and port stocks of WHEAT AND FLOUR increased by 58,000 tons in the week ended September 14th. 2. Stocks of OILCAKES AND MEAL have shown very little change during the past three weeks. 3. Stocks of imported MEAT have increased in recent weeks but BACON AND HAM stocks show a steady decline. 4. Stocks of SUGAR fell sharply in the week ended September 14th, partly due to air-raid damage.
