proposed that the rates of the Exchequer contributions will be fixed for five years in the case of the Accredited and Tuberculin Tested schemes but that in the case of the Attested Herds scheme the rates should only be fixed for three years and that milk from attested herds shall be assisted in the fourth and fifth years at rates to be determined following a review of the position during the third 6. The quality premiums by the Act of 1939 for the two are as under :- All Tuberculin Tested or Certified Milk and milk from an attested herd which is Accredited or Standard Milk.
