MINISTRY OF FOOD Report No. 39 Copy No. 119 WEEKLY REPORT ON SUPPLIES OF CERTAIN FOODS AND ANIMAL FEEDS Consequent on heavier imports the reserve stocks of WHEAT AND FLOUR increased by 78,000 tons during the week ended August 10th and reached 15.2 weeks' requirements of flour. The upward movement in the stocks of MAIZE AND MAIZE MEAL and of OILCAKES AND MEALS continues. Stocks of MEAT are being maintained, but those of BACON AND HAM have declined substantially in recent weeks.
