Imports of WHEAT AND FLOUR have recovered from the low level reached during the first half of May. At May 25th, for the first time since the outbreak of war, reserve stocks (i.e. total stocks of wheat and flour in port warehouses and mills less the working stock of 155,000 tons) reached 13 weeks' supply for consumption as flour.
