Joint memorandum by the Ministry of Food and the Agricultural Introductory Departments 1. In view of the desire of the Lord Privy Seal that an examination should be made of the difficulties experienced in the distribution of feeding stuffs to farmers, Sir Donald Fergusson made a statement to a meeting of the Official Sub-Committee on Food Policy on 6th March, 1940, in the course of which he gave examples of the complaints that had reached the Ministry of Agriculture from various quarters on this subject.
