THE CHAIRMAN suggested that the discussion should be confined to the one point on which it had not so far been found possible to reach agreement. as would be seen from the Official Sub—Committee's Report it was generally accepted that there must be some increase in the prices for lifestock set out in the announcement of the 11th.
