WILSON said that the official Sub- Committee had not been able in the time available to consider all the matters referred to them Ministeial Committee on the 28th November (F.P. (M) (39) 1st Conclusions). It had been ML POLICY MMITTEE. by the thought desirable to report in the first instance on the most urgent questions and reports on sugar and meat agreed by the Official Sub-Committee had been circulated that day. The position in regard to cereals was more complicated but it was hoped to circulate an agreed Report thereon on 2nd December.
