ACCOMMODATION FOR HOME-GROWN TIMBER DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF SUPPLY The Committee consider memoranda by the Minister of Production and the Minister of Supply (L.P. (A) (43)1 and 2), regarding a proposal to transfer from Bristol to London the offices of the Home-Grown Timber Department of the Ministry of Supply. THE MINISTER OF SUPPLY explained that the offices at present occupied by his Department at the Elmdale Hotel, Bristol, were required to house the Regional Controllers of the Supply Departments and the Minister of Production, and he had agreed to surrender them for that purpose.
