(A) (41) 6) suggesting that places for 790 persons should be made available in the South Block by the following moves:— (a) Transfer of 130 operational staff from Air Ministry to first section of Horseferry Road citadel. (This move had already taken place.) (b) Immediate transfer to To thill Street of the Hospitals Division of the Ministry of Health (140 persons).
