LORD PRESIDENT SUPPLIES AND SERVICES (TRANSITIONAL POWERS) BILL 1. The Emergency Legislation Committee have examined the question whether the scope of the Supplies and Services (Transitional Powers) Bill should be enlarged to enable powers under the Bill to be used for - (a) any necessary control over restrictive practices in industry, and (b) matters covered by - (i) Exchange Control and Capital Issues Bill (ii) Goods and Services (Price Control) (Amendment) Bill (iii) Amalgamation of Police Forces Bill (iv) Control of Clubs Bill 2.
