1. 2. a INTERIM REPORT ON REVIEW OF DEFENCE REGULATIONS THE COMMITTEE had before it the draft of an Interim Report (E,L. (44) 9) for submission to the Reconstruction Committee, outlining the proposals of the Emergency Legislation Committee for the duration of Defence Regulations. with this document there would be submitted to the Reconstruction Committee a revised version of E.L. (44) 5, giving in detail the Committee's proposals in respect of each regulation. THE CHAIRMAN explained that a number of amendments to the draft Report had been received, but that none of them raised any point of substance.
