that REGULATIONS PART V OF THE DEFENCE IN PARTS III AND IV AND THE REMAINDER OF (GENERAL) REGULATION. 1. THE COMMITTEE had before it a memorandum (E.L. (43) 10) outlining the proposals of Departments for the revocation or retention of the Regulations in Parts III and IV and the remainder of Part V of the Defence (General) Regulations. Regulation 47A. SIR SIDNEY BARNES and MR. JENKINS said they did not think that there was as great a difference between the two Departments on the duration of the various Regulations dealing with the Naval Courts as the print might suggest.
