DISTRIBUTION OF INDUSTRY Report by Panel A. A report from the Panel asking for directions on three applications for building licences was forwarded to the Industrial Sub-Committee of the Lord President's Committee by the President of the Board of Trade on L.P. (I) (45) 11. Subsequently (L.P. (I) (46) 2nd Meeting) the Sub-Committee approved a statement of principles (L.P. (I) (46) 4) to be applied in dealing with applications for licences in the Greater London area and instructed the Panel to decide the three applications referred to above in the light of those principles.
