Great Yarmouth were damaged on 11th May. (b) Telecommunications. The exchange building and equipment at Coltishall were slightly damaged on 5th May but service was not interrupted. On 7th May overhead plant at Winterton was damaged and the exchange isolated but service has since been restored. 4. ELECTRICITY 21 reports have been received of damage caused to overhead lines by drifting barrage balloons. Offices of the War Cabinet, S.W.1., 13TH MAY, 1943 -2-.
