B. DETAILED SUMMARY OF AIR RAID DAMAGE IN THE PERIOD 16TH-23RD SEPTEMBER, 194### I. HOMELESS. On 16th September a rest centre was opened in Willesden to accommodate 6### people who were admitted owing to an U.X.B. believed to have been dropped on the 4th November, 1940, "###ecoming active". II. WATER SUPPLY. One 12" and one 9" trunk water main were broken as well as a number of smaller mains in a raid on Bognor Regis on 17th September. Several small wat### mains were broken at Dover. III. MAIN DRAINAGE.
