locomotive bus terminated a B. DETAILED SUMMARY OF AIR RAID DAMAGE IN THE PERIOD 12TH-19TH AUGUST, 1942. I. HOMELESS. At Teignmouth on 13th August a rest centre was opened for approximately 200 persons. At Salisbury on 14th August high explosives fell in the district causing the neighbourhood to be evacuated and two rest centres were opened. At Swi###don on the 17/18th August two rest centres were opened. Twenty people were accommodated in a rest centre in Eastbourne on 13th August. IV. HOUSE PROPERTY.
