B. SUMMARY OF AIR RAID DAMAGE IN THE PERIOD II. WATER SUPPLY. At Exeter restoration of the piped supply was completed on the 18th May, and only some service connections remain to be reinstated. Inspection of the service reservoir, which was hit, has disclosed no serious damage. The position at Cowes is now normal. III. MAIN DRAINAGE. At Bath constructional difficulties have delayed completion of repairs to the pumping main and sewage is still being discharged into the River Avon. IV. HOUSE PROPERTY.
