B. DETAILED SUMMARY OF AIR RAID DAMAGE DURING THE PERIOD 22ND-29TH APRIL, 1942. I. HOMELESS. Exeter. As a result of a raid on the night of Thursday, 23rd April, 80 persons were accommodated in Rest Centres. 10 Rest Centres were in use after the heavier raid on the following night. Bath. After the raid of 25/26th April, over 1,400 people were accommodated in 14 Rest Centres. An Administrative Centre and 4 Information Centres were opened. The town was again raided on 26/27th April. 860 people in Rest Centres were cleared to Centres in Somerset and Wiltshi### during the course of the following day.
