Provision for ###freshments by caterers or voluntary organisations is already made in the M###tropolitan Boroughs in some 225 small and 150 large shelters, where In addition, in the same areas, 2###700 tea shops, cafes and snack bars, and 150 coffee stalls to some extent a###proximately 125,000 people can be served.
