CONCLUSIONS OF A MEETING OF MINISTERS. MATERIALS FOR SHELTERS. Cement. (1) The Minister of Supply was invited to take all necessary steps to stimulate the rapid production of cement (including such measures as might be possible to permit of night working) and to arrange for its speedy distribution to the places where it was required for immediate works. (2) The Minister without Portfolio was invited to arrange that the allocation of cement should be made on the basis that a given proportion of the output in each month was made available to each of the user Departments.
