AIR RAID DAMAGE. The Meeting had before them a Report dated 14th September, circulated to the War Cabinet by the Lord President of the Council (W.P.(40) 371). Ministers were asked to give the latest information available on the position in order that the Lord President of the Council might make a supplementary statement on the matter at the War Cabinet later in the morning. The information given may be summarised as follows:- Food Stocks and Processing Plant. There had been some further damage to food stocks.
