FOOD SUPPLIES FOR GERMANY Memorandum by the Minister of Food.

21 Nov 1945

remaining exporting countries have been approached but it is probable that they will not be prepared at present to give any binding undertaking. They will contend that it is too early yet to assess the risk involved and I do not think that a high level approach would be any more successful. (f) I do not consider that the time has come for this approach.
