When it does come out, however, I can see that the Report, being a careful, thorough and impartial survey of the Gas Industry, will lend great strength to the Government's policy for nationalisation. On these grounds, therefore, I would propose that a decis### in general terms be given that it is the Government's intentio### to nationalise the Gas Industry.
