It would be difficult to deal with the Acts comprehensively in advance the Government's general housing proposals: questions would be bound to arise to the extent to which it was proposed to rely on reconditioning for the improvem### of rural housing, the possible extension of Exchequer assistance for reconditioni### urban property and the general policy on rents.
