(3) Persons leaving this country to some other non-military organisation These persons should, in my view, be provisioned by the body responsible for the provision of food in the area in with they are working. S.H.A.E.F. already provisions any such people working in the area of military responsibility; it me that the Government concerned must be responsible for feeding those working in the area for which it has the responsibility. I propose to limit the amount of food which each of such workers may take out of the country to a maximum of 15 1bs.
