on jute sacks in 1945 shall be paid into it and that any balance left in the Account at the end of the war in Europe shall be transferred to the Exchequer. 8. If the immediate increase of 6/- per ton is approved, the Industry have undertaken not to ask for any further increase in price in 1945, except on account of increases in fuel, wages and transport (to meet which the Suspense Account will, if necessary, be available), and they have agreed that the Government are entitled to raise the question of a decrease in price if, after the end of the war in Europe, there is a Substantial increase in throughput.
