Whitelands 4. I am in communication with those of my colleagues concerned about the release of College premises occupied by their departments or by services coming within the purview of their departments. I fully appreciate their difficulties in many cases, but I would ask that this matter of immediately restoring the Training Colleges to their educational user should be regarded as one of definite Government policy anal not simply as a domestic issue between two departments. Release in the late summer will not meet the situation.
