6. Minor Changes A number of minor changes are proposed as a result of ###presentations which I have received. The most important are the ###ollowing:- (a) Education Authorities to be given power to provide Child Guidance Clinics and also Occupational Centres for low-grade mentally defective children. (b) In response to numerous representations from Education Authorities it is proposed to expedite the procedure for enforcing school attendance.
