(d) Transport. 1,100 railway workers and 1,100 bus conductresses. (e) Hospital domestics. 1,000 women. About 400 men (including stokers) and at least A demand is expected for 300 workers for Leave Hostels for the Services 5. Three new and specially urgent demands have come forward at the highest level; one for work on edible oil and for soap for the Belgian Government; another for bottling beer for the Far East; and other for storage depots in London for components of temporary houses.
