###LT###RAL ###. ou nc: 4) 4th g, 1 The Committee considered a memorandum by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Home Secretary and Minister of Home Security (L.P.(45) 55), to which was attached a report on the review of the general financial position of agriculture in the United Kingdom which had been conducted by officials of the agricultural departments, in consultation with the National Farmers' Unions of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, in accordance with the procedure approved by the Committee at their meeting on the 28th November, 1944.
