III. LEND/LEASE SUPPLIES In the four weeks ended 2nd December arrivals in the U.K. of Lend/Lease supplies of U.S. origin averaged only 12 thousand per week. This contrasts with an average of 38 thousand tons week in the previous five weeks, but the two figures taken toget maintain the average of 25 thousand tons per week for the first three quarters of the year. IV. LOSSES AT SEA: AIR RAID DAMAGE No losses at sea in the four weeks ended 2nd December have far been reported. At home, the quantity of food reported duri the period as having been affected by "V" bomb activity was a little more than a thousand tons.
